More than just an acronym, BWRT® stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® …
Hello and welcome to website of Succeeding Minds. Thank you for stopping by.
My name is William Smith. I am a master graduate of the university of York St. John (Scotland) where I read for my degree in Leading Innovation and Change. I am also qualified as Life Coach and as BWRT practitioner.
The intention at Succeeding Minds is to help you Mind Personal & Life Performance, and abolish limiting behaviours and phobias.
‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which it’s not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss – the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about, using the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you get better. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at http://www.bwrt.org

BWRT stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy, a technique that helps people change their emotional and physical responses to triggers. Developed by UK therapist Terence Watts in 2011, it is a solution-focused approach that uses a specific protocol to re-route the brain’s neural pathways, creating new, more positive and adaptive responses.
It’s a totally confidential method that doesn’t require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist and is carried out in a completely conscious state.

Dr. Taylor Hartman created The Color Code Personality Type, or The People Code, which classifies Personality Types by Core Motives.
It helps you understand an individual’s motives and the “Why people do what they do” to gain insight into people’s behavior and build more effective relationships with the people you interact with regularly.
